Easy apartment search for students.

We connect with local landlords and realtors to bring your students selection and security. Landlords agree to comply with local, state, and federal laws, and all realtors are personally interviewed before they can advertise to your students. And what if you want to personally approve each listing before it goes up? Yea, we've got an add-on for that, too.

Unparalleled roommate matching.

After researching more than 20 universities and their roommate matching process, we build the ultimate roommate finder. Students complete a comprehensive matching survey, and our algorithm matches them with highly compatibile roommates. We're so proud of it, we even published the findings in a white paper.

Sublets? Filled. Furniture? Sold.

Every year, thousands of students go abroad. At JumpOffCampus, we make it easy for them to post their available space with pictures and as many details as they'd like. We even help them cross-post their listings straight to facebook and twitter so they can stop worrying and get back to school.

Insights for your administration.

When your institution signs up with JumpOffCampus, we help you stay updated and involved with your students' off-campus search. Log into your administrative dashboard to track how everything is going, check activity and apartment popularity, or add extra pins on the map for libraries, gyms, and dining halls.

With so many options for customization, we're happy to build the best solution for your students.

Perceptions of On- & Off-Campus Housing

Comparing Student & Administrator Perspectives - September 21, 2012

This paper seeks to discover both the university and student perspectives of on- and off-campus housing. We surveyed university housing administrators and students from across the country, and found three overarching themes. In this paper, we discuss our findings on the three: social atmosphere, housing itself, and overall experience. We hope to help universities and students understand their counterparts' perspectives.
