My home is a sun-lit colonial located on Morris Street, off of South Street. Besides being close to school, it is also walking distance to stores, supermarkets, and a number of neighborhood restaurants. The house is only a few minutes to Main Street, Moody Street, Mass Pike (I-90), and Interstate-128/95. Hello, I am a single male, professional, non-smoker. I am looking for a responsible professional or student to share my home with 2 other housemates. I have a bedroom available immediately (10 x 9.5 feet). The monthly fee is $850 which includes: heat, electricity, water, high-speed wireless internet, use of the washer and dryer in the basement, and use of available household items such as pots, pans, bowls, cups, spoons, etc. The bedroom for rent is carpeted and has a large closet space. It is fully furnished with a bed, pillow, sheets, blanket, desk, chair, lamp, heater/fan, etc. Renter is also welcomed to share the available space, furniture, appliances, and various household items in the common areas (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, attic, and basement). The living room has a large sofa, Please note that my home does not have cable or landline phone. Length of stay is flexible (can be 6 months to many years). I would request no smoking in the house and no overnight guests without my approval. So, if you would like to live in Waltham and my home and requirements sound reasonable to you, you can move right in and don't have to worry about anything except focusing on paying the fixed monthly rent on time, your work/studies, food, and personal items.
