The house is a large family home being rented by Brandeis students, located an 8 minute walk from campus. Situated in a quiet and friendly residential neighborhood. You won't have to worry about purchasing furniture or appliances as the house is fully furnished, including leather couches, a drop-down wall projector screen for great movie nights, outdoor grill for barbequing, patio table and furniture for lounging around outside in the summer, and all kitchen amenities. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

There are 3 bedrooms in the upper floor of the house, occupied by 3 current/recently graduated Brandeis students. We are very friendly, and looking for a pleasant roommate/couple to join us. We keep the house fairly clean, all pitching in to keep the common areas nice to use.
